Asian-Fusion Comes To Long Vacant Tenafly Friendly's

TENAFLY, N.J. — A unique Asian-fusion restaurant called "I FISH" will be moving into the vacant Tenafly Friendly's on Country Road.

"It's not your ordinary Chinese restaurant," said Jaime M. Weiss, the president of Weiss Realty Co., who closed the deal for the owners.

"There will be an open kitchen concept so that you'll be dining and they'll be cooking on the other side of a plexiglass partition."

The restaurant has a Houston location but nothing in the tri-state area, Weiss said.

Weiss expects the restaurant to open in October or November.
