ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- A workshop for men and women on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at the Englewood Library will focus on how losing weight and eating right.
Personal trainer and nutrition specialist Michelle Edgerton will conduct “Shed the Weight For Good” at 7 p.m. in the library’s Mackay Room. The program is free and open to the public. No reservation is necessary.
Attendees will learn the secrets to successfully lose weight and keeping it off. People will also learn how to avoid the three most common mistakes professional women make that keep them from shedding the weight for good.
In addition, Edgerton will present a system that she says is proven to work so that people can stop fighting with themselves and start living the healthiest, happiest life they can.
This is an informational workshop that will help attendees dive into what's holding them back from optimal health and is designed to get them thinking about how they approach the process of weight loss.
Participants will also receive Edgerton’s list of favorite snacks that she says will keep them full and energized, as well as some of her favorite breakfast ideas.
Attendees should bring something to write on/with.
Edgerton is a certified personal trainer, weight loss and fitness nutrition specialist. She has lived on all sides of the weight spectrum and is passionate about teaching as many people as possible how to live their healthiest, happiest lives.
