TENAFLY, N.J. – The Tenafly Senior Center is offering seven-part series of pelvic floor exercise sessions Tuesdays at 1 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Sept. 29.
The seven-part series with Liz Romick is dedicated to the floor of your core. The class will help attendees identify and control the muscles that support the center of gravity with techniques that incorporate eastern and western philosophies.
Participants will benefit from these exercises in sitting, standing, lying down and walking positions. Romick is a physical therapist from Madison Spine and Physical Therapy in Tenafly.
