Anti-Bullying Workshops For Special Needs Children At Tenafly JCC

TENAFLY, N.J. -- As seen in the Jewish Link and Jewish Standard, an interactive bullying workshop is being offered for the special needs population Feb. 2 and 9.

Two sessions of an anti-bullying workshop -- specially geared toward special-needs kids -- will be conducted in February.

The sessions will be conducted by a licensed psychotherapist, who will offer concrete skill-building on self advocacy, peer advocacy, rights and roles and how to prevent and address these issues.

The cost is $50 per session and includes dinner and all materials. The sessions will be from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, Tenafly.
