Tenafly resident Smadar Yona, wife of the owner of Anik Boutique, a family run business with stores in Englewood, Ridgewood, and New York City, and a fashionista in her own right, said to be on the lookout for browns, plums and wines as the new "it" colors.
Other "must haves" include blazers, plaids, leggings in all colors, and straight leg work pants. Skinny leg denim continue to be popular.
For moms looking for easy, wearable items that can take them from dropping the kids off at school to work to evening, she suggests leggings (ponte) and tunics with duster cardigans or blazers. Also sweater and ponte dresses.
Her favorite things she's wearing now? Dresses! Yona said she loves dresses year round.
