Zeman was born in Englewood on March 6, 1953 and raised in Bergenfield, graduating from Bergenfield High School when she was 15. She went on to New York University to study dance.
She was a playboy bunny at the Playboy Club in 1972 and is best known for her role as Nurse Bobbi Spencer on General Hospital. She was nominated for four daytime Emmy Awards.
She was married three times and has two daughters with Glenn Gorden.
Zeman currently works with the Home Shopping Network designing jewelry and plays Sophia Madison on The Bay. She lives in California.
