Rabbi Shmuley Boteach is head of the World Values Network, a counselor to Michael Jackson and ran unsuccessfully for Congress, according to northjersey.com.

The self-proclaimed "America's Rabi" will consider renting the 394 East Palisade Ave. property for $15,000 a month, according to northjersey.com.
