Englewood Councilman Berated Police After Car Was Towed

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — City Councilman Charles Cobb accused the Englewood Police Department of targeting him in an angry phone call after his car was towed in December, NorthJersey.com reports.

Cobb had his car towed from his house after a license plate reader indicated his registration expired 11 months prior, the article says.

He also threatened to retaliate against  Atlantic Towing, the company that towed his car, according to NorthJersey.com.
