A digital scale, empty plastic baggies and $780 in alleged drug proceeds were seized during the Genesee Avenue raid, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Arrested were Ramarr Pannell-Bishop, 28, and 19-year-old Mackey West of East 223rd Street, who the prosecutor said had an outstanding arrest warrant for burglary and was carrying 10 grams of marijuana.

Pannell-Bishop was charged with various counts of possession with the intent to distribute the drugs. He was ordered held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.

West was issued a summons for marijuana possession but also brought to the county jail on the outstanding warrant.

Both were scheduled for arraignment this Monday in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.

Participating in the raid following an investigation by Grewal's Narcotic Task Force were the Bergen County Sheriff's Office and Englewood police.
