A report of two bandits climbing through the window of a Bloomingdale Avenue home with black bags brought several officers just before noon Monday, Capt. Darren Sucorowski said.

They found an open basement window in back, he said.

Lt. Michael Marsh and Sgts. Chris Strabone and Sean Delahanty spotted the pair inside and rushed them, taking both into custody without incident Sucorowski said.

A judge ordered both Joshua S. Vandunk, 28, of Ringwood and 30-year-old Peter J. Carrazzone of Mahwah held in the Bergen County Jail pending detention hearings on burglary charges.
