Glen Rock PD: NY Driver Had 66 Bags Of Heroin, Syringes, Tourniquets

GLEN ROCK, N.J. – A New York State driver had 66 envelopes of heroin, two hypodermic syringes and two tourniquets to shoot up with when he was stopped on northbound Route 208, Glen Rock police said.

Officer T.J. Graziani pulled over the car just after 3:15 p.m. Saturday, Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.

The driver, 32-year-old Joseph Durbin of Cuddebackville, NY had a brick of heroin with 50 envelopes of the drug, a bundle with 10 envelopes and a half-dozen loose ones, the chief said.

Durbin was released on a summons charging him with various drug offenses.
