As a result, they charged 37-year-old John Jones with aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a felony.

Jones, of Far Rockaway, Queens, was behind the wheel of a 2012 Chrysler that blew the light yesterday morning, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.

A search by Officer Paul Pogoelski “yielded a small quantity of marijuana secreted in the suspect’s sock,” he said.
