Prosecutor: Palisades Park Girls, Leonia Woman See Cabbie Masturbating

PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- A Palisades Park cab driver was seen masturbating in his car by two 11-year-old girls in town and by a woman in Leonia, authorities said.

Sungmin Ha, 38, was charged with sexual assault and child endangerment, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

The Palisades Park incident involving the youngsters occurred on Wednesday and the Leonia one the following day, Grewal said.

A judge ordered that Ha remain held in the Bergen County pending a detention hearing in Hackensack on Wednesday.
