Jomo Guscott, 23, was arrested earlier in the day after members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit were notified by Englewood police, county Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Guscott is charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
He was being held without bail in the Bergen County Jail pending arraignment Saturday morning in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
