ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — Tod A. Wilson was arrested at his business -- Mr. Tod's Pie Factory -- on a charge of witness tampering Wednesday, authorities said.
The charge stemmed from statements Wilson allegedly made to an Englewood city code enforcement officer after being issued several violations related to signage at his business, Capt. Timothy Torell said in a press release.
Wilson, 49 -- the first ever "Shark Tank" pitch -- was transferred to the Bergen County Jail and the case was referred to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
